Kelly Hall
Kelly Hall is a memorial to Charles and Flora Kelly for their incredible vision and generosity. The Kelly’s were instrumental in the creation of a community center for the city of Onawa.
Kelly Hall is a 3600 square foot room and the largest room in the facility. Kelly Hall is capable of seating 420 people at tables. In conjunction with the Breakout Room, the community hall can seat 480 people, making it one of the largest community halls in Monona County.
Kelly Hall is open to the public to rent by simply filling out a lease agreement which can be downloaded via the link below. A price list for Kelly Hall can also be found below. Inside of Kelly Hall is a ceiling mounted projector, a DVD player, a drop down screen, and a PA system.
Kelly Hall also houses a large kitchen area along with a beverage bar, making Kelly Hall an extremely convenient facility for your catered events.
Breakout Room
The Breakout Room is a small meeting room that can seat up to 60 people at tables. The Breakout Room is divided from Kelly Hall by a sliding divider, allowing multiple functions to occur at once. This room is great for a large meeting.
The Breakout Room has access to the beverage bar window making catering convenient and easy. The kitchen may also be used if prior arrangements allow.
There are several amenities available to you when renting the Breakout Room. You will have access to a television and VCR, a podium, easels, overhead projector, and audio equipment.

Westendorf Conference Room
The Westendorf Conference Room bears the name of the company who’s generous donations made it possible. The Westendorf Conference Room will seat 14 people at a large boat shaped table. The Westendorf Conference Room is equipped with a kitchenette, a dry erase cabinet, and a 42” flat screen TV. This room is perfect for company meetings and with the technological capabilities of the Westendorf Conference Room it is a perfect site for computer and television presentations.
The Westendorf Conference Room has many amenities available to the prospective renter. The available amenities include a DVD player and VCR, easels, a podium, and an overhead projector.
